It is operational under favourable meteorological conditions (10km, 3000ft) the MUS/NERAS-VOR/DME Circle -to-Land With Prescribed Tracks procedure called “RIVIERA RWY 04 ” by ATC and on the ATIS is used.
The 3° 04L PAPI is situated to the right of 04L threshold; threshold height has been calibrated for category D aircraft.
