Why has Blue Bay been suppressed ?

For the arrivals by IAF MUS, why is the downwind leg so far away at sea ?
Why descend very low after MUS when there are still 40 NM left ?

Why not make a " Riviera-type " arrival with an arrival in base leg 22 finished by a last turn towards the final approach?

Why such high minima with 1500 feet / 8 km ?

Why aren't there any approach lights ?

What happens when the minima for Saleya are not reached?

Why visual approach restrictions?

The PAPI 04L is poorly calibrated !
